Applications
Dundee Nitrogen Company offers high purity Nitrogen Generators custom built to supply a wide range of applications, some demanding higher purities whilst others are less purity depenedent.
Nitrogen,
an important industrial gas, has traditionally been supplied in pressurized cylinders with associated financial and enviromental distribution costs, as well as safety considerations for storage and exchange of bottles.  DNC provides the solution to generate high purity nitrogen as required at point-of-use.
High Purity Nitrogen Generators
DNC specialises in the manufacture and supply of High Purity Nitrogen Generators to a wide range of industries including Pharmaceutical, Medical, Food packaging, Mass spectometry, Laser applications, License Trade, Wave Soldering and more.

Wave Soldering
Wave Soldering tends to be a large scale process where the PCB is passed across a waterfall of solder allowing the electronic components to be soldered to the exposed metallic areas.

Traditionally it was not common to use Nitrogen in the wave soldering process but usage now continues to increase as there becomes less doubt that Nitrogen improves the wave soldering process.  By reducing oxidation and increasing surface tension the strength of the solder joint  is improved.
